Holi celebration in Mathura - Vrindavan - Barsana - Gokul- Nandgayon... the Land of Lord Krishna!

Let’s skip past the monotonous schedule and fill the lives up with colors and joy.  Join Nisarga Bhraman as we visit Mathura and Vrindavan to witness the spectacular celebration of Holi.

Holi - The festival of colors that spreads happiness and vibrancy all over the country when it arrives. The festivities of Holi are mostly inspired by the mythological tales of Radha and Krishna. Their eternal love forms the basis of all the different events celebrated during Holi at Mathura and Vrindavan. 

 Day 0- 08 March 2025, Saturday

• Board PASCHIM EXPRESS (12925) starting Mumbai Central at 11.25 hrs

Day 1- 09 March 2025, Sunday (Overnight in hotel / Homestay)

• Get down at Mathura Jn. at 7.30 hrs
• Hotel check-in, freshen up and Breakfast
• Move towards Nandgaon by Public / Private vehicle to participate and enjoy Nandgaon Lathmar Holi
• Return to Mathura in evening

Day 2- 10 March 2025, Monday (Checkout)

• Good morning by 6.00 am
• Freshen up and Breakfast
• Move towards Vrindavan Bankey Bihari temple to participate & enjoy (Phoolwalon ki Holi/  Rangbhari Ekadashi Holi)
• Return to hotel by 4.00 pm freshen up and move to Mathura Station for return journey to hometown
• Board AK TEJAS RAJ EX (12954) at 18.45 hrs Or PASCHIM EXPRESS (12926) at 19.15 hrs

Day 3- 11 March 2025, Tuesday

• Reach Mumbai by 10.00 hrs Or 14.30 hrs (If boarded Paschim Exprs)

Note: The above plan is based on an “Ideal” scenario where everything goes per plan & considering that there is no breakdown. It is subject to change in Real Time based on ground realities. 

Event Cost Rs. 8,100/- per person (Ex. Mathura)
Includes-

• Accommodation - Twine/ Triple sharing accommodation at Hotel/ Homestay
• Meals - Day 1 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner ;  Day 2- Breakfast, Lunch

Excludes-

• Travel till Mathura and back to home town
• Food during train journey, packed drinking water, Soft Drinks, Laundry etc.
• Any Expenses of Personal nature such as Travel and medical insurance
• Any additional Expenses caused by reason beyond our control such as Natural Calamities (Land Slides, Floods etc.), any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, evacuation costs, Etc.
• Any tips, and any meals apart from the ones mentioned above. 
• Any service not specifically mentioned in the Includes sections.

Insurance: All travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance that provide care and services for sickness, Accidents, emergency rescue, ted. Related to international travel.
If a tour is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike/bandh etc.), Nisarga Bhraman will not be responsible and will not give any refund.

       Documents:

• ID proof- Passport, Voter’s card, Adhar card, Driving license etc.

• Consumption of alcohol, Drugs, Narcotics is strictly banned on the event & should lead to expulsion from the trek
• The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members. No arguments will be entertained
• Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety and baggage
• Please do not wear any jewellery or gold chains/rings
• Please do not litter, we believe in the saying, “Wherever you go, leave only your footprints and take back only memories.”

Hiking / Trekking / Rock climbing is an adventurous activity and accidents can happen in spite of taking utmost caution and care. The organization will not be responsible for any injury / accident / death to the participant while on trek.
Medical Disclaimer:
It is Important to be physically fit while on treks. If suffering from any allergy or ailment, please bring prescribed medicines to prevent serious health problem including heatstroke, severe headache, cough, dehydration and hypothermia. Participants suffering from chronic conditions like asthma bronchitis, blood pressure, migraine, diabetes etc. should take permission from their physicians before treks.
